U11+ 喇叭聲音問題

請問大家的u11+不管是電話或者line語音電話，"開擴音"時，上喇叭都沒聲音，下喇叭可能有聲音但不清楚，只有後面喇叭有聲音嗎，這樣子是正常的嗎…?

還有...下喇叭破音了應該是要送修了吧!?

HTC U11+的喇叭是在正面的上方及下方喔，請問您描述的「只有後面喇叭有聲音」是指哪個喇叭呢？

不是兩邊都出聲音嗎?有是過翻過來靜音的功能嗎?

If you don't hear sound coming from the top speaker when you turn on the speakerphone on your U11+ phone, there might be some problem with your phone's speaker. Regarding the speaker problem of U11+, if there is no sound from the upper speaker when "turning on amplification", this may not be normal. Normally both speakers should work. If the sound cracks or sounds unclear, this may mean the speaker is damaged and it may be recommended to have it repaired.
