i was also facing this issue when i was enrolling in a course the screen got blanket but after some time i restart it and it start working but a little slow.

You could try is to check best years for duramaxif the wireless module is properly seated and connected. You can also try updating the firmware for the wireless module to see if that resolves the issue.
