Good bye HTC products

I bought a brand new HTC 10 two days before heading to Tibet with two friend, one using Samsung S7 and the other using Apple IPhone 7 Plus.
We are all using China Mobile data cards, but only me can't connected to the 3G or 4G network duting the whole 17 days journey from Canton to Lhasa and the rural area of Tibet.
Only 2G network for whole joutney, or using my friend network sharing to enjoy heigher speed.

Callling the service center this morning, they said HTC 10 didn't match with China Mobile 3G network, therefore it means only 2G or 4G  can be connected.

O.K. I understood. But the question is why S7 and Iphone can connected to 4G network but never HTC?

I used HTC M8 2 years ago, and now using HTC 10. I think this is the last time I bought HTC product.

I thought no one will blame you that you have such reaction, because you are just an user.
But you should know one thing. They all 3 phones used different solutions for the 4G network. And they 3 support different bands of the 4G network.
The same situation you encountered on HTC 10 may be happened on S7/IP7 when they are in the different Region/Country.

it happenes all the time, each carriers has different band to support their 4G, and each phone also support different band, that's why HTC 10 not support china mobile. if you done your homework, this couldn't happend to you, and you would choose other carrier's 4G card. just keep that in mind, otherwise, even you chage to other brand, you will face the same issue.

您說的狀況不会发生在s7和iPhone 7,而幾乎所有的HTC手機除了Desire 830外，裝上大陸的sim卡都会如此，因為頻段的問題。

雖然不是很看的懂，但看內文應該是篇抱怨文，不管買什麼東西，首要先了解內容是消費者本身自己的責任，事後再來責怪，好像也是於事無補了

這個問題很簡單，購買商品前要先看清楚規格及大陸電信業者是否有支援，不是一昧的怪罪商品的問題，反而是否有開通或是有支援，最好要分清楚是哪家電信商配合的手機支援來使用才是。
