HTC Sync Manager提示有新版本：3.1.33.0，安裝過程中出現訊息：「HTC Driver Installer 的安裝似乎已經失敗，您要繼續安裝嗎？」我點選「是」以繼續安裝。事後HTC Sync Manager可以正常使用。到裝置管理員->Portable Devices->HTC One 801e，其驅動程式版本為1.0.0.19。
