To maintain the product at its best performance, here are some helpful tips to guide you on how to care for VIVE Pro 2.

| Turn off your link box when not in use
| For optimal performance, turn off the link box when you are not using your headset.
| 1. Press the Power button to turn the link box off. When you want to use it again, press the Power button to turn it back on.
| 2. To ensure that your VIVE hardware is detected, restart the VIVE Console app on your computer.
| Rest your VIVE Pro 2 horizontally on a flat surface. Do not hang the headset via the headset cable.

| Use the cleaning cloth provided in the box to wipe the headset lenses.
| Important: Make sure the cloth is dry before using it to clean the lenses.
| 1. Wipe in a circular motion from the center to the outer edges of the lenses.
| 2. While cleaning the lenses, do not scratch the lenses nor disassemble other parts of the headset.

2. If a firmware update for the headset is detected, click Firmware update.
3. Click Update.
4. Check that the progress is complete.
