U20 螢幕黑屏

2023/05/11半夜起床發現U20黑屏，早上手機設定的鬧鐘依然有響，但是關不掉，用手機線插用車子依然可以聽Spotify，
本機去年2022/06/01在地標網通購入，如果送原廠維修，可否不刪除資料(主要是照片)，僅修螢幕? 這依然在保固內吧?
