最近手機電池出問題所以換一支二手htc desire 10 pro，買二手機後用手機醫生檢查硬體狀況，到了檢查計步器時無論如何都無法計步，明明陀螺儀方向感測器電子羅盤等功能都正常為什麼就是無法計步，之後我又下載其他計步app一樣也無法計步，是這款手機本來就沒有計步功能還是被鎖住又或者是我買的二手機壞了，二手機的店家責任保固只剩六天如果真的壞我要趕快送回店家，所以如果知道的人可以請盡快回答嗎？
