送U12+到八德店的經歷和心得(最後一定要給讚的啦)

驚恐到感動的心路歷程

9/8     我把手機放口袋騎車，路上顛簸跳動摔出口袋，摔碎了面板螢幕總成、背蓋，也摔碎了我的心。
9/9     送去台北八德門市修理，有得到告知，大約7～10個工作天後取件。店內目前沒有備用機可借用。
9/19   去電0809-090-166  客服回覆，告知還在等待
9/23   再次去電0809-090-166  告知請去電02-2322-2888 轉9
          打過去，說因為之前M10換電池活動關係，目前還有很多單在我之前，請耐心等候
9/24   八德陳店長來電，說會盡量幫我趕工，最晚10/3讓我取件
9/25   維修工程師來電報價維修共8430，到底修不修。回覆，送修時就已告知，若是只要修這兩部分，8430  我修。
9/26   約14:00左右，去電0809-090-166   客服告知，已完修，可至八德門市取件
         18:40到八德店，等候時，突有感覺，拜託現場工讀生林(ㄨㄣˊㄧㄢˋ ，抱歉我忘記確實的名字怎麼寫)先生確認是否已到貨，若已到貨我才繼續現場等候。
         林姓工讀生查看後回覆：目前店內沒看到。
          我帶著滿腹狐疑和憤怒離開現場，並未在現場有任何發作。
9/27   14:00 再去電0809-090-166  某位林姓女客服專員告知，系統顯示"已完修"應該是送回八德了。我說，八德店沒收到，請確認手機在何處，並請向上層轉述我的憤怒。
          17:03  林姓客服專員來電，說是網頁登錄系統有誤，目前手機已進站維修，手機沒有遺失。
          17:15  八德陳店長來說，這次事件，總公司極度關切，他已在趕工處裡，會給我一個滿意的交代。
9/29    大約中午 ，八德陳店長來電，已可取手機。
          大約15:00  本人到店取手機，陳店長竟交代櫃台人員，我不用取票，他親自前來處理
          付費取回手機，謝天謝地。


等待的無助，沒有手機的痛苦，搞不清已送修手機在那裡的憤怒，想必對於送修的人，都有同感，這是必然的。

客服是無辜的，所以我都一直深呼吸壓抑心情波動，沒有對客服惡言相向，這是我這次最自豪的部分。

文末特別感謝陳店長，您的肩膀、擔當、責任感，相當靠普，給力，在您介入處理後，讓我相當的感動，謝謝您。

             感謝林姓工讀生，9/26傍晚，我還要等待10號才換我，您看我的無助，特別幫我先確認手機是否有到店，這種服務精神，我相信您會成功的。
