U12+開機開很久及所有的影音皆不能觀看

開機開超久的，才會進入主畫面,youtube也不能觀看，音樂也不能聽，已恢複原廠設定也一樣，這是哪壞掉了

我的U12+也是這樣，最一開始聲音變得斷斷續續的，不久之後變成底部的喇叭沒聲音，因為手機已經用了差不多五年，早就過保了，所以就找第三方的手機維修店去修，第一次修對方式說是喇叭壞了因此就換了一個，修完送回來確實恢復正常，但是沒過一個月底部的喇叭又沒聲音了，所以反修，而對方是說原本的判斷是錯的，不是喇叭壞掉，是副板壞了，修完送回來有恢復正常，但是用了大約快兩個月後，聲音變斷斷續續，然後底部喇叭又再次沒聲音了，但這次因為剛好在過年期間，所以我就免強繼續使用，但是過了幾天之後，手機就完全沒聲音了...當然重開機的話會卡開機一段時間，之後就陸陸續續回去反修，就當我快變常山趙子龍(七進七出)時，對方跟我說他們無能為力了，不知道到底是什麼東西壞了，所以現在我的U12+也是開機開很久，且不了任何音樂以及影片。
我很喜歡這台U12+，所以是希望能夠把他修好，如果有人知道如何修復這個故障或是有那家維修店會修這故障的話，也請告訴我
