Hi, I am from India. I am having HTC one E8 mobile phone which I purchased two months back. Week ago it got a problem regarding screen. I had given my mobile phone to service centre in Mumbai (Kurla) which was so off the standard. They told me it will took atleast 15 days. My most of the office work is been done via my HTC device and that was getting hamper. As a premium customer I am eligible for the stand by phone which has not been provided to me. The HTC services in India is worst, they are unable to handle my queries nor they let me talk to any senior management person. I have called 7-8 times but I only got assurance. I made complaint via Email, Chat and Call but no response came. You people are market player who is competing with Apple and Sony for the product quality but far behind in customer services. As you mentioned in your website that you values your customer but I did not find it in India. I do not know where to Go and Complaint Regarding this. I Thought Will this be the right place from where my Concern Will be directed to the right person. Please Help Me getting my Phone back. If you want to Guys Business in India then you should not limit upto selling phones but giving better serivces. Lastly, it's a customer who is bringing business to you and it's you who need customer.
