I faced this before too. Most of the time, this happens because the album art isn’t actually embedded inside the music file. Windows Media Player can show art, but it doesn’t always save it correctly. Try using a proper tag editor (like MusicBrainz Picard or Mp3tag) to embed the album art directly into each file, then delete and re-add the music on your phone. Also, clearing Google Play Music’s cache can help refresh the artwork. Click |
