Its really bad that a company as famous as HTC cannot provide Over-the air update (OTA) for 3.22.709.2 people. how will i backup such important data?? many data and apps are registered with my home country (I am not a Taiwanese). It would be really "professional" if HTC can provide the update without wiping the data from the phone.. I had a HTC windows phone earlier and then HTC M series. this is not the HTC that was before. Very bad software updates. Software updates are delayed by 1 year (android 9 came in August 2018) and now its August 2019 but not a proper HTC android 9 upgrade. Moreover the upgrade change nothing. I posted for help in Twitter but no response from HTC. NOT EVEN 1 response...
