HTC Desire EYE Android M Update

Hello guys
htc say android 6.0 come to htc desire eye but now butterfly 2 and desire 816 get this before the desire eye
when we ask why this is happen? liabtoofer on twitter say to us :

Desire 816 user base is one of largest in HTC's portfolio. This is why it got update before other devices.

i believe htc desire eye more than other and should receive android m soon

The European Desire 816's Android M Update Version is 6.0, not the newest one (Android 6.0.1), and the author also said this is the last major update for Desire 816.

And the author also said Desire EYE will get the Android 6.0.1 update before, this is newer than Desire 816's version. Also, the Taiwan's HTC eShop's FB page said Desire EYE will get Android M update soon last two weeks, so I think Desire EYE will get Android 6.0.1's update soon in Taiwan, maybe before the end of this month.

htc one m8 and butterfly 2 have same hardware
htc desire eye and htc one e8 have same hardware too
so android m should release soon for EYE and E8
but when we say this , htc desire eye come to a priority for update this month
Special for taiwan version of desire eye

Yeah, the HTC eShop's FB page also mention about E8, will get Android M update soon, too.
Hope we can get Desire EYE's update soon.

I think that maybe it's just because there are so many people around the world using Desire 816. I remember 816 has been one of those best-selling products. So this time it's kind of reasonable for 816 to get Android 6 earlier than E8/Eye

I'm a user of E8. So I'm just like you, still waiting for it.
