U11+ 電池狀態保持不變！Battery stats unchanged!

I noticed battery stats of my U11+ is unchanged since morning. I'm using phone for over 7 hours last full charge and around 3 hours screen on time but when I check stats it displays last full charge 23 hours ago and screen on time 19 mins!

Something is wrong. I use Google translate to write in Chinese:
