有關用WHATSAPP聽錄音時總會突然"沒有回應"

手機: HTC DESIRE 10 PRO DUAL SIM

用了近11個月, 但最近我與朋友使用WHATSAPP聊天而聽錄音時

一按播放錄音時整個畫面就會突然卡了並黑畫面了, 而顯示'Please turn the volume up"(如圖)
(但明明我已經把聲音提升到足夠程度--......)
要等一段時間我才能回到主頁面並再等多一段時間WHTSAPP才突然會說'' 沒有回應""
有些時候什至會整部手機也沒反應而我需要重新開機才行
但如果我用耳機來聽錄音卻不會出問題  

雖然我知只要我一直用耳機就可以解決問題 (誤)
但我也在怕是不是自己的手機出了什麼問題，畢竟保養期期限已接近

有人知道為什麼會這樣嗎==?  
是WHATSAPP自己的問題還是我手機的問題
我已嘗試過刪了WHATSAPP而重新下載,  什至連手機也原廠設定過一次
但問題仍然發生而很煩人

那你用其他app有相同問題嗎？
例如messenger、line之類的
如果其他程式沒有問題的話，我會偏向是app自己本身的問題

I've experienced a similar issue with my HTC Desire 10 Pro Dual SIM after nearly 11 months of use. While using WhatsApp to chat and listen to recordings, pressing play on a recording causes the entire screen to freeze and go black, displaying a message to "Please turn the volume up," despite having the sound at a sufficient level. It takes a while to return to the home page, and after waiting, WhatsApp eventually shows a 'No response' message.
