HTC帳戶忘記密碼找不到電子郵件地址...等問題

各位板大好...
說來慚愧小的用HTC 7年第一次發問...
能爬的文都盡量爬過了但還是很碰壁因此上來發問。

第一次註冊HTC帳號是在2016年(翻mail知道的)，
這兩天要從官網買新手機(U11)所以重新登入的很久沒登入的HTC帳號，
這麼久沒登入只好用忘記密碼

盲點1. 打入e-mail按忘記密碼，顯示 "找不到該電子郵件的使用者"
所以我改用google+登入，一下子就登入進去了 (抱著試看看的心態還真的中了)
下訂好手機、也收到完成付款的郵件

問題1：但是收到完成付款的郵件的電子信箱，就是 盲點1. "顯示 找不到該電子郵件的使用者" 的電子信箱?! 那為甚麼會找ˋ不到郵件地址呢?!

問題2：上論壇爬文說，用google+登入，則密碼跟google+的一樣，但是我只要用手KEY怎麼登入都不行?! 只能用快速登入的選項。
重新把google+登出/登入打算讓密碼同步，再嘗試打帳密登入HTC帳戶也還是顯示E-MAIL或密碼錯誤。

問題3：修改密碼要先登入HTC帳戶，我用google+登入後，跑到帳戶資料，右上方有下拉式選單，但是卻沒有"帳號設定"，只有 "刪除帳戶"、"資料安全性"、"登出"，
這樣要怎麼改電子郵件跟密碼....

問題4：後來看到某篇文章好像是說HTC帳戶跟GOOGLE帳戶同步的問題，我就去看了 設定>帳戶與同步處理 的部分，HTC帳戶的同步是關著的，也無法打開，
跟這篇一樣 https://community.htc.com/tw/cha ... hread&tid=23682 ，目前看到的發問都沒有解決問題的回覆，不知道我無法登入密碼是不是就是因為沒有同步?!

問題5：我有想過要刪除帳戶重新再建一個，但是我的手機還沒送到，我需要查詢訂單資訊，而且就這樣刪除重建的話，那原本的H幣不就都消失了?

問題6：從完成付款的郵件，點"訂單詳情"進去看訂單，卻發現我的資料>個人資料部分，email下方顯示"我的註冊時間"是我剛好登入購買手機頁面的時間?! (2018-07-28 10:58:44)
那這樣我是重新註冊的意思嗎.... 那為甚麼明明一樣都是用google+快速登入，卻是不一樣的註冊時間?!
問題6-1：從完成付款的郵件，點"訂單詳情"進去看訂單，有我的資料>個人資料部分，在登入同時卻找不到可以修改密碼的地方。

問題7：我有想過會不會是我當初註冊時沒有驗證電子信箱，可是我照著常見問題裡面的解答：先登入 HTC 網站 (www.htcsense.com)。登入頁面的橫幅出現電子郵件驗證訊息時，按一下重寄驗證電子郵件連結。 可是也沒有出現電子郵件驗證的訊息...


以上我真的覺得我的HTC帳戶有很奇怪的BUG... 如果真的不行，只好等到新買的手機送到、確定訂單都沒有問題，直接把帳號刪除再重註冊了...
PS. 這樣的話，新註冊帳戶沒有我的購買紀錄，到時候手機有問題要送修還是退貨之類的，可以用新帳戶申請嗎??

我只知道，用Google+登入跟同一mail登入，在論壇裡會視同兩個不同的帳號。
